Thank you for ordering with us.

All our items are made to order. We ask that you allow 14 working days for delivery. We aim to get your items made within this time period. If, however there is going to be a delay in your order we will let you know.

We try and hold a stock of all leather and fittings that we use on a regular basis however sometimes our orders can be delayed from our suppliers. Once again if this was going to happen then we will let you know.

Items might be a little delayed during busy times especially on the run up to Christmas so please order well in advance if you require items for Christmas gifts.

All our items are made to as high a standard as possible and checked for any defects before they are sent out. If once you receive your item you are not 100% happy then please let us know and we will try to rectify the problem.

Please note we do not offer refunds on personalised items unless they have defects.

As leather is a natural material it may have slight natural blemishes and textures, please allow for this, however we do make sure your items are free of manmade blemishes.

We use the highest quality leathers, dyes and fittings but we cannot guarantee their colour fastness. Please be aware of this on light colored fur and furniture. We hold no liability for damage caused by transfer of color to any animals or property.

We have done our best describe all our items to the best of our ability and in an honest manor please only use this information as a guide and user of our items do so at their own risk. We accept no liability for injury, damages or loss of earnings caused due to the misuse or care of any goods we have supplied.

You as a consumer are well within your rights to cancel your order within 14 days of making it. We will be more than happy to offer a full refund on all items other than personalized ones. As soon as we receive the items/s back.

They must be in the original packaging and show no signs of damage or wear.

All postage costs including return postage will be covered by the customer unless the item is at fault be it through workmanship, materials or the wrong order has been sent. This does not include items being the wrong size due to an error when ordering.
